Real Estate Update

As many of you know, I (Manny) became a Realtor at Kline May Realty this past March. This month’s post is an update on how that has been going–it has been challenging for sure but fun!

I’ve been able to fit the real estate work into my role of Sales, Estimates, and Production Management here at Integrity pretty well. I focus on Integrity most days and do my real estate meetings/showings here and there throughout the day or in the evenings and weekends.

I have been blessed with some really awesome clients and friends who have chosen me to list their properties for sale. I love the unique/challenging properties in real estate, and so far that’s what my listings have been.

Here are a couple of the listings that I have sold. I also sold a 4-acre lot and have a 25-acre lot listed for sale in the Linville/Broadway area.

Property 1: This is a 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, custom built modern country home on over 2 acres. Inside, it featured a recently remodeled kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, oak floors, and a two-sided fireplace leading into the living room. The windows displayed beautiful views of the valley, and it had lots of outdoor porch space!

Property 2: This property was a 27-acre lot with a unique little yurt home. The property included a bank barn, septic system, and well. This lot had several good hilltop building sites for a future home, with beautiful views of the Shenandoah Valley.

I’ve definitely enjoyed being a realtor in addition to doing construction! Real estate is really just an extension of construction (or a different aspect of it), and fits well with what I have been doing for the last 23 years.

If you or anyone you know is ever in need of a realtor who also has a lot of construction experience and expertise, feel free to reach out. I’d love to work with you!

Until next time,
