As your project gets underway, our team will communicate with you regularly (using tools like ClientLink) to keep us all on the same page with progress, decisions, and schedules. Due to the nature and complexity of remodels, projects can sometimes experience uncontrollable disruptions, so we contingency plan with you from the start to minimize delays and surprises.
Throughout the project, we will involve a number of professional subcontractors who specialize in specific areas (like plumbing, electrical, and drywall). Over the years, we have built relationships with premier local tradesmen. They have been personally vetted and have proven they can live up to our high standards of morale and project management. We schedule and communicate with these subcontractors so that you don’t have to.
A clean jobsite means minimal disruption to your daily life
Remodeling is a messy process. Minimizing dust and allergens while working in your home is a priority for us. Our team uses dust barriers to keep the byproducts of remodeling under control. Whether you’re living in your home through the remodel or are off-site, we make daily concentrated efforts to keep the space clean. We tidy our job sites at the end of each day and remove our trailer from your property at the end of each week. We strive to minimize inconveniences during your renovation.
