Who Are We?
We are a construction company that was started by Manny after moving into the area in 2006 from Lancaster, PA. Mahlon moved down from the same area around that time as well, and has been with us from the beginning. We were both involved in construction since about 16 years of age and acquired many different skills and the knowledge needed for the various projects we are involved with now. We do mostly residential projects, with some light commercial work as well. Honesty, integrity, efficiency, attention to detail & customer satisfaction is what we strive for as our standards.

What We Do?
We are a VA class A general contractor, and are are involved in a broad range of services including: Decks & Porches, Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Whole house renovations, Additions, Interior Trimwork, Siding & Windows, Home Maintenance & Repairs. We do light commercial projects such as office space buildout, renovations & repairs, & structural building as well.
VA class A builder license #2705 113256A, with BLD, HIC, & CIC classifications.
Insurance: Liability, Workmans Compensation.
